Platform Counselors

Counselors are resident staff responsible for living with and supervising campers. Camp counselors are role models, leaders, and friends who, through their thoughts and actions, exemplify positive character and values. Counselors also run daily program areas aligned with their skills and interests. We match counselors with program areas depending on their interest and our needs. Learn More.

Backpacking Counselors

Backpacking Counselors run our backpacking program, which involves trip planning, coordination, and leadership for our 4-day/3-night trips to the Trinity Alps. All Backpacking Counselors are a part of our counseling staff and live with a group of campers and participate fully in other camp activities.

Horsemanship Counselors

Horsemanship Counselors have experience riding and caring for horses and work in our horsemanship program to teach kids about the joys of working with horses. All Horsemanship Counselors are a part of our counseling staff and live with a group of campers and participate fully in other camp activities.

Program Counselors

The Garden Program Counselor manages our two food production gardens and runs gardening programs for campers throughout the summer. This is a resident staff position, living on our staff housing platform. This position will also have additional camper supervision duties in our general camp program as assigned. Learn More.

The Horsemanship Program Assistant works with the Barn team to provide daily support to our horsemanship program and manage daily horse and barn care tasks. This is a resident staff position, living on our staff housing platform. This position will also have additional camper supervision duties in our general camp program as assigned. Learn More.

Support Staff

Kitchen Staff perform a variety of activities including cooking, food prep, cleaning, and dishwashing. This is a resident staff position, living on our staff housing platform. Learn More.

Ranch Crew work with our Ranch Manager to perform various maintenance and upkeep tasks around the ranch. This position can be resident or local staff.

Laundry & Housekeeping Staff are responsible for managing camp laundry and cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms. This position can be resident or local staff. Learn More.
