The Bar 717 Ranch is available for wedding and event rentals from September through May each year. Past events have included school groups, family reunions, retreats, conventions, and more.
The Ranch is an American Camp Association (ACA) accredited site for user groups including wedding and event rentals.

Our ranch facilities can accommodate groups up to 200 people in May, September, and October on outdoor sleeping platforms, with indoor accommodations available for up to 30 people. Camping is also available with a choice of sites from grassy pastures to sandy riverfront beaches.

With sleeping platforms, indoor guest rooms, open-air dining, workshops, barns, and gardens, our facilities offer a versatile space for retreats, events, and gatherings—all supported by a fully equipped commercial kitchen.
CATERING
Interested in a catered event? Our kitchen coordinator will happily work with you to plan a menu. For smaller events, guests can use one of our on-site kitchens and manage their own meals.
OUR Location
Located on 450 acres in the Shasta-Trinity National Forest, the Ranch offers mountains, meadows, creeks, and pastureland. Just 16.8 miles west of Hayfork, California, we enjoy warm days, cool nights, and a serene, natural setting.
WEDDINGS
From a ceremony with sweeping views of the national forest, to afternoon swims in the creek, to dancing under the stars and late night campfires, you and your guests will be talking about your unique wedding getaway for years to come.
