Enrollment is open for all 2025 camp sessions! Please note that many of our camp sessions were fully enrolled last year. We recommend enrolling early to ensure a spot in the session(s) of your choice. Please see our Dates & Rates page for more information on sessions. You can sign up for our newsletter to be notified when enrollment opens.

Campership Program

Financial aid is available through our Campership Program. If you are interested you can apply for a campership here, or you can find more information about donating here.

Deposit for Camp

When you enroll, you will be asked to submit a deposit of $500 per session. This fee will be credited to your account upon enrollment and will be applied to the total camp tuition. Please note that credits on your account may not be used for the session deposit. Once enrolled, there will be a $250.00 cancellation fee for any cancellation of camp session(s).

The camp fee is all-inclusive except for transportation to and from camp and personal items purchased at the camp’s Trading Post.

TERMS: Deposit is due upon enrollment, with the remainder of the fee to be paid by March 15, 2024, or full fee to be paid upon enrollment if enrolling on or after March 15, 2024. The Bar 717 Ranch reserves the right to charge a late payment service fee of 1.5 % per month (annual percentage rate of 18%), on any balance which runs 30 days past due.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is explained below. Please read through the options carefully:

  • All cancellations made prior to March 15th: Tuition/deposit is returned minus a $250 cancellation fee.
  • All cancellations made after March 15th: Tuition/deposit will not be refunded.
  • Campers asked to leave camp for behavior deemed disruptive or contrary to the best interests of the camp community will not receive a refund.
  • Campers who leave camp due to homesickness, illness or injury will not receive a refund.
  • If camp is forced to close or cannot operate: Tuition is refunded minus the $500 deposit.

Camp Tuition Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing camp tuition insurance to recover most of your camp fee in the event you need to cancel. If there is any chance that you may need to cancel your enrollment after March 15, 2024, we encourage you to purchase the TravMark Program Protector travel insurance. TravMark is only available to purchase during the enrollment process (or within 20 days of initial payment). The Bar 717 Ranch receives no incentive or compensation from TravMark. We provide this option only for the benefit of our camp families.
