Camp Trinity on the Bar 717 Ranch

Camp Trinity on the Bar 717 Ranch is a residential summer camp for kids ages 8-16 in Northern California. For more than 90 years, the Bar 717 Ranch has welcomed children to 450 acres in the beautiful mountains of Trinity County to experience nature, form deep friendships, and have big fun.

Life on the Ranch

Life on the Ranch is all about community and freedom. At Camp Trinity Summer Camp we live together, eat together, and adventure together in a cooperative, non-competitive environment. At camp, kids are free to follow their interests to the activities that excite them. Home-cooked meals, cozy sleeping platforms, and campfires under the stars are just a few of the things that make camp special.

Family Camp

Camp Trinity on the Bar 717 Ranch isn’t just for kids. Each year we host two week-long sessions of Family Camp, and invite campers of all ages to join us for campfires, horseback riding, and other fun activities on the ranch. Family camp has something for everyone. Our summer camp counselors provide childcare, run programs, and welcome your whole family to an unforgettable week.
