2026 Spring Work Weekend Recap

Happy Spring (and almost Summer), everyone!

Earlier this month, we had an incredible group of volunteers join us for our 2026 Spring Work Weekend. Projects included trail clearing on the Diamondback and Girls’ Camp loop trail, burning fallen trees by the swim hole, setting up living areas for camp, pruning the roses, and clearing garden beds in preparation for planting. We also enjoyed meals, stories, and songs together, and spent some quality time in the sun by the river! Our group of volunteers consisted of a mix of former counselors, former campers, and current campers. As always, we love that Work Weekends provide an opportunity for members of the Camp community to enjoy the ranch and get to know one another, even if they first experienced Camp at different times or in different ways.

Thanks to everyone who joined us and helped us prep the ranch for the summer season — we’re grateful for the care and effort you pour into this community, and it was wonderful to spend time with all of you!
