Honey Joys From Australia

In Australia, we don’t have many traditional or unique recipes, but honey joys are a kids party staple. They are sweet, crunchy, and really easy to make. I made these with my campers in 2016 and they were a hit. I’m sad to not be at camp this summer, but hopefully can share some of my home with all of you!

INGREDIENTS
90g butter (7 tablespoons)
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon honey
4 cups Corn Flakes

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F).
2. Line 24 hole patty pan (cup cake tin) with paper cases.
3. Melt butter, sugar and honey together in a saucepan until frothy.
4. Add Kellogg’s® Corn Flakes and mix well.
5. Working quickly spoon into paper patty cases.
6. Bake in a slow oven 150°C for 10 minutes.
7. Cool.

Cheers,

Cesc
