Lotería is a game of chance, similar to bingo. Watch the video instructions from Xani and Deby, read the rules below, and download the PDFs to play the camp version.

TO SET UP THE GAME

First select one person to be the Reader for the round. The Reader takes the deck of picture cards. All other players take one unique board with a 3 x 3 grid of pictures. Agree upon a pattern, either row, column, or diagonal as the winning pattern for that round.

TO PLAY

One by one, the Reader draws a card from the deck and announces it to the players by its name. Each player locates the matching picture of the card on their board and marks it off with a marker (coins or rocks work well) The first player to complete the agreed upon pattern and shout ¡Lotería! is the winner.
