Last year we hosted our first annual Apple Jubilee, a special event that celebrates the bounty of apples that we harvest in the late summer here on the Ranch. Fourth session campers and counselors organized booths inspired by apples and we ate, danced, and planted a brand new apple tree to shade us during summer announcements.
This year, with no campers around, we’re doing our best to eat, preserve, and enjoy the apples. Even with our best efforts, we realize that we really need a couple hundred people. Thankfully the deer, horses, and pigs don’t mind eating the extras.
